Multi-day festival pass (4-Day, 3-Day, and 2-Day), include on-site tent camping. Car and RV parking is not included and must be purchased separately—see below for all details and options. Camping is designated on a first come, first served basis. The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers, and we supplement the facilities with ample portable toilets.
Single Day Tickets will be available for purchase at a later date. No camping, or access to the campgrounds included with Single Day Tickets.
Single Day Parking available for purchase upon arrival at the Fairgrounds. No re-entry. No access to campgrounds.
Tent Camping
All patrons holding multi-day passes (2-day, 3-day, 4-day) may tent camp on site at the Nevada County Fairgrounds in designated camping areas. Much of the camping IS car camping (or close-to) car camping.
RV Camping
If the total length of your vehicle plus anything attached to it is 18 feet or longer, it is considered an RV and must have an RV Pass to park on site. A general admission festival pass is also required for every patron attending (5 years old and older). There are two RV camping options available at Sugar Pine:
RV Parking Pass with Electric and Water (no septic)
Re-Entry Not Permitted.

Dry RV Parking Pass – (NO electric, water, or septic)
Re-Entry Not Permitted.
On-site Parking Pass
Parking is not included with festival passes and must be purchased separately.
Vehicles are required to have an on-site parking pass to park at Sugar Pine Music Festival.

We will be offering a separate vehicle pass that includes re-entry (in and out) privileges.
Two separate on-site parking passes are available:
- On-Site Vehicle Parking (No Re-Entry)
- Purchase of an On-Site Vehicle Parking Pass (No Re-Entry) enables one regular sized vehicle to park within the fairgrounds directly next to or in very close proximity to your campsite. Re-entry NOT permitted.
- On-Site Vehicle Parking (Re-Entry included)
- Purchase of an On-Site Vehicle Parking Pass (Re-Entry included) enables one regular sized vehicle to park within the fairgrounds. Allowing you to drive in and out of the fairgrounds. Re-entry IS permitted.

Accessible Parking
Patrons with a valid, state-issued accessible parking placard or tag must purchase an on-site vehicle pass in order to park on site. Upon arrival, show the parking attendant your Vehicle Pass and valid accessible placard and you will be directed to our Accessible Camping, centrally located within the fairgrounds and in close proximity to accessible portos.
